Easily some of the best scares of the series (the tablecloth ghost, “Bloody Mary,” the kitchen, etc.) even if the finale feels a bit rushed. Though I think that #2 is a tad tighter overall, both still beautifully build on the first film, and, if we would’ve received a a more fitting follow-up (instead of the ive Paranormal Activity 4), this franchise would’ve been set up for even further success with its exciting and ever-unfolding mythology. Alas, all good things must come to an end...
