Christopher Nolan’s INTERSTELLAR has once again been one of our most in-demand films of 2025. Our audiences just kept on coming, and after a few months break, we’re back again for more shows throughout June and July! So strap in for a space epic like no other.

We kept booking INTERSTELLAR in 70mm in the first half of 2025, and you all kept coming! It's been once again, of our most popular films of the year! We were constant believers in this film, and it is starting to seem like newer audiences are catching on, too. Maybe this is the big, emotional sci-fi epic for the modern era – as 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY was to previous generations.

Set in a bleak, dystopic future in the year 2067, where Earth has depleted its resources following an event known as "The Blight", Interstellar sees Matthew McConaughey put in a career-best performance as ex-NASA pilot turned farmer Joseph Cooper. Cooper is tasked with leaving everything he loves behind, after NASA recruits him to a team of researchers through a wormhole near Saturn in search of a new home for mankind. Hailed as one of the most realistic sci-fi films of all-time, Interstellar offered never-before-seen visualisation of phenomenons like black holes and wormholes, while exploring theories of time dilation. Add in the brilliant organ-heavy score by Hans Zimmer, and intensely human stories of love, longing, and loss reflected by its cast – McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, David Oyelowo, and Sir Michael Caine – Interstellar is a must-see on the big screen!

Now, as we stroll through its 11th Anniversary in 2025, we'll continue to show INTERSTELLAR from 70mm all summer, starting next Saturday 14th June at 8pm, with our current run of screenings lasting until 30th July.
