Letterboxd After Dark, Entry #50.5

Lust at First Bite is everything that I expected Dracula Sucks to be; this strictly pornographic 75-minute cut offering 40 minutes of alternate hardcore footage with more emphasis on Jamie Gillis and the rest of the adult film icons doing what they do best. While Philip Marshak's other version is a horny little Hammer tribute of its own, I think I do prefer this one -- a campier, sexier adaptation of the Bram Stoker classic that knows what the audience is here for and fulfills on their hopes of some happy ending horror, if you catch my drift. When do dreams stop and where does reality begin? I have no idea, but this might be one of the best titles you can grab from Mélusine during their Black Friday sale.
