Great as a "Coffee Appreciation 101" for anyone that has wondered why there's a new [third] wave of more expensive coffee - it's not just plain snobbery, is actually paying a fair and sustainable price for a good that entails so much care and labor, especially when done right.
A good follow-up documentary would be Higher Grounds, coffee farmers in Panama that have actually made it, hard labor paying off into a profession.
