The best in a set of movies such as this is certainly not an accomplishment, but congratulations to this movie for potentially being the best one. 

The character designs are still the worst thing ever, the superhero minions are grating and awful and deliberately out of fashion, and the voice acting is of an even lower standard than in many of the previous movies. So yeah, it’s still not good at all.
