BROADCAST SIGNAL INTRUSION has a lot of decent individual elements (cinematography, score, atmosphere, Harry Shum Jr.) but they never come together to create something great. Convoluted plot & odd pacing. More film noir than horror. An intriguing letdown if there ever was one.
