The stunts in these old HK action movies are simply on a whole other level! So many amazing fight scenes and death-defying moments. The plot sometimes feels a bit too rushed, especially during the final act. Then again, I can't say I really enjoy the non-action scenes in this, so I'd rather get to the part where Cynthia Khan delivers some flying kicks than sit through the movie's mostly flat attempts at humor. Comedy, tragedy, and a bittersweet tale of friendship all under one hour. Drawing used to be my hobby back when I was a kid, and so were comic books.
