Very similar to the plot of Down with Love minus the 60s screwball comedy sendup and minus ulterior motive on his end and minus twist on twist on twist reveals at the end… so really just the “lady writes a book about how women can or should enjoy sex without love and then dates a man you wouldn’t think she would date” aspect is the same… but anyway this was no Down with Love in either style or scope but…
I agree with everyone who said the seduction stuff in this sucked!! But nice to see Tobin Bell with a nice thick half head of hair on the detective case! Entering into the poison ivy ripoff portion of the Love, Lies, and Betrayal movie 12 pack! Also even without knowing the truth you can tell Stephen Collins is such a major creepazoid
