Josefine’s review published on Letterboxd:
The factories, machineries, and their expansion throughout the world, it’s good for humanity’s sake, but bad for the environment, at the same time living on with old inventions without the industrial world, it’s good for environment, but bad for the rapidly evolving humanity. Monica Vitti played a woman trying to live between that line. The clean single shots, pop of color between muted tones, carefully aligned compositions. Antonioni differed himself from his own style, truly profound and masterful.
To live is to adapt.
