Okay but why was Dumbledore in this

The 4th wall breaking was so funny. Was certainly not expecting that out of my first Fatty flic.

Also the large crowd getting out of the small car and the tree chase was absolutely fantastic.

Once again I’m awed by the breaking of the fourth wall

“The car chase scene was just wild” is not something I was expecting to say about this movie. 

Can’t believe it’s 100 years old.

The newspaper scene may have been the funniest thing I’ve ever seen.

The stunt work is truly out of this world.

What a treat to see this on the big screen. 
That last set piece is truly insane

Hilarious throughout. Did not expect some of these jokes to translate so well 100 years later. 
Proof that great comedy is timeless. 

P.S. 
That ending is wayyyyy too funny and relevant.

This kid Hitchcock got a bright future.

What an ending this has. Just absolutely brutal.
The tramp, destined to be alone, walks out into the sunset. 

Can’t help thinking that this symbolizes the lonely and often disturbed nature of the funniest of people.

All 4 stars are for the last 20 min. That storm sequence is one of the more incredible things of its time.
