haven’t seen the other movies don’t think i need to anyway i have obtained a copy of sonic adventure 2 for the nintendo gamecube so i can understand how this occurred

something about the combo of comedy and satire and trump impressions didn’t mesh for me here. robert pattinson saves the whole thing with amazing performances, but just that couldn’t sustain me the whole movie. i normally really jive with bong joon ho’s mixture of tones, but something about this execution just felt fumbled and tired to me. maybe more of a letdown too because i was so hyped :(
