Reasonable shark worship
Jai Courtney is the literal definition of DILF, that dance scene had me going feral🥵 plus he’s so valid for physical media. Such a fun concept (that was also in Shark Night) though I wish it reached the level of gore and brutality of The Loved Ones.
The craziest part of this movie is how much space is occupied by a song Creedence Clearwater Revival covered. Could they not get the rights to Roy Orbison? I’m so intrigued!
Very much in on its own joke, was nice to have some proverbial junk food at a late night screening with friends. Also quotes Point Break and has some unironically beautiful shark photography.
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
this did for men what jaws did for sharks
finally a good shark film we deserved 🦈🩸
I knew I was going to be obsessed with this. jai courtney is so damn good at playing a sinister evil fuck & hassie harrison oh the bright shiny new star you will become. zephyr is such a fighter and such a great character to root for.
I met Mick Garris at the premiere because my bf went up to him and was like “excuse me my gf is a big fan!” And then I committed seppuku right there on the spot
give a serial killer a goofy little dance sequence and I will be grinning ear to ear
