Conclave

“I am what God made me.”

Conclave explores the politics of choosing a new Pope and craftily changes our opinions of the different candidates as it explores their souls, motivations, and actions. Lawrence’s (Ralph Fiennes) homily causes “quite the stir”. Very interesting film whether you are Catholic or not, as it delves into deeper issues of faith and identity.

“My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken me?”

Vegan points:
-Pope was fond of turtles

MOMA

A wild film that artistically explores women menstruating. Naked women are dropping a huge size egg with (paint) blood all over them. Only one man in the audience snickered. Honestly, it was a beautiful exploration of what a woman goes through each month. I find it interesting that this was programmed as a queer film as opposed to a woman’s film. But hey! That is alright.

It's not one take.

It's two.

Update: In fact, it's several takes stitched seamlessly together.
